    The vehicle's gear shifter must be in PARK.

    Press the PHONE button. The system will begin the pairing process automatically.

    Select ADD NEW DEVICE with the central control knob and press to select.

    Turn on your phone's BLUETOOTH® and select the device (Genesis) found by the phone.
    Bluetooth® setting can be found in SETTINGS app on most phones. Refer to your phone's owner's manual or visit www.GenesisBluetooth.com for more information.

    Your phone may require a PASSKEY. If prompted, enter it into your phone.

    Once the bluetooth pairing begins, the system will ask you to accept the pairing request from your phone.

    The vehicle will confirm that your phone has been successfully connected.

    The vehicle will confirm that your contacts download is complete.
  • 9
    The system (or vehicle) will also confirm the successful download of your CALL HISTORY.
  • Note
    If your phone is supported, your contact list may be transferred to your vehicle automatically. Depending on the phone make and model:
    • Some phones may request approval to download contacts. This process will take a few minutes.
    • Contacts list may start with First or Last Name, depending on phone model.
    • Some phones may require additional confirmation on their device to allow contacts to sync.

    Using the central control knob, scroll to SETUP on the screen and press down on the knob.

    Select PHONE by pressing down on the central control knob.

    Select ADD NEW DEVICE by touching the screen or pressing down on the central control knob.

    Turn on your phone's BLUETOOTH® and select the device (Genesis) found by the phone.

    Select OK to disconnect a previously paired phone.

    Your phone may require a PASSKEY. If prompted, enter it into your phone.

    The system (or vehicle) will show that the Bluetooth connection is in progress.

    The vehicle will confirm that your contacts download is complete.

    The vehicle will confirm that your phone has been successfully connected.
